New Students - Receive Welcome Money

If you are moving to Berlin for the first time then you are eligible to receive 110 Euros as Welcome Money from the city of Berlin. In order to receive this money you must

1)	fill out the Welcome Money form which you can download here
2)	Take the form to the Meldestelle when you officially register your new address with the city. They will stamp the form and give it back to you.
3)	Finally, after you have completed the program registration process on October 5th and receive a Charité registration number, you need to bring the form to the student services office of the Humboldt University. They will transfer the 110 Euros to the bank account you have listed on the form. If you do not have a bank account, click here.
