Because we understand that you may not have completed your current degree program at the time of applying, this document is not required for admission. However, it is required before you can begin the program in October.

You may either send us the original version of this document, or a certified copy. However, if you send a certified copy, you still have to bring the original document with you when you arrive. It is necessary in order to complete the matriculation process and receive your travel ticket. The travel ticket enables you to travel, for free, on all public transportation in Berlin in the AB zones for an entire semester.
